1. To receive apologies for absence

 

2. To receive declarations of interest & written dispensation requests.

 

3. Annual Governance and Accountability (AGAR) 2025-26
   • To receive and note the Annual Internal Audit Report 2025-26
   • To consider, approve and sign the Annual Governance Statement 2025-26
   • To consider, approve and sign the Annual Accounting Statement 2025-26
   • To confirm eligibility for exemption from limited assurance review 2025-26
   • To set the dates for the Period of the Exercise of Public Rights 2025-26

 

4. Finance
   • To note the current bank balance and bank reconciliation as of 31/05/2026
   • To approve the following payments
     • Clerk’s salary and PAYE (June 2026) in accordance with her employment contract.
     • Employer NIC Contribution – £18.67 (June 2026)
     • Clerk’s travel expenses – £11.31 (June 2026) noting HMRC increase in business mileage from 45p to 55p including back date to 1^st April 2026
     • Marches Grounds Maintenance (SI-448) – Replacement of steps on TM3- £350.00* (No VAT)
     • Marches Grounds Maintenance – April maintenance (INV0008) – £170.00**
     • Marches Grounds Maintenance – May Maintenance (INV0030) – £250.00**

 

 

5. To consider supporting a Traffic Regulation Order to reduce the speed on Laskett Lane
