  1. To consider minutes of the Annual Parish Council meeting held on 21st May 2026

 

  1. To consider minutes of the Extraordinary Parish Council meeting held on 25th June 2026

 

  1. To co-opt a new Councillor to the Parish Council.

 

  1. To consider the Resolutions agreed at the last and previous meetings.

7.1 To receive a brief report from Ward Councillor Toni Fagan.

7.2 To receive views of local residents on parish matters.

8.1 To receive update on recent works carried out by the Lengthsman

8.2 To review outstanding works instructed.

 

  1. Herefordshire Council Grant Funding 2026/27

9.1 To note award of drainage grant funding for the total of £8000 to carry out works at Lower Grove, Llanwarne.

 

  1. Footpaths:

10.1 To receive any update since the previous meeting including a report on any issues to be raised with Herefordshire Council.

10.2 To review Public Rights of Way application to be submitted to Herefordshire Council for consideration.

 

 

  1. Finance

11.1 To note the current bank balance and sign the bank reconciliation as of 30th June 2026

11.2 To consider upgrading the Clerk’s authority to hold Administrator authority on Unity Trust bank.

11.3 To approve the following payments:

11.3.1 Clerk’s salary and PAYE (July 2026) in accordance with her employment contract.

11.3.2 Clerk’s travel expenses – £9.57 (July 2026)

11.3.3 Eyelid Productions (Inv 4335) Annual Website Support – £100.00

11.3.4 Marches Grounds Maintenance (Inv0062) June Parish Maintenance – £255.00*

11.3.5 Autela Payroll Services (Inv17279) April 26 – June 26 – £57.37 inc VAT.

11.3.6 Herefordshire Association of Local Councils (Inv H7038) 25/26 Internal Audit – £330.00 inc VAT.

 

 

 

  1. Planning: – To comment on applications for determination by Herefordshire Council.
